Terrible company. Untrustworthy liars. Read other reviews. Always the similar horror story. Happened to me too! This company should be banned from Google ads to protect customers! I filed a complaint at google. If you read this please do the same!

90 day guarantee is a scam. When I was selecting the mattres of the bed, it said I can choose medium or hard - they were the same price. Now when I ask them to change it to a hard one with the 90 day guarantee, they say I have to pay for a new one 139 euro. of course on the phone they say its no problem, its free etc. but when you claim, they send you to their terms and conditions page where it basically says you'll have to pay, and hence the "guarantee" of being able to change the mattress for no charge is misleading and false advertising.
I had ordered a bed with an estimated delivery time of three to four weeks. And so I decided to sleep on an air mattress for the last few weeks because I didn’t have an actual bed in my new apartment yet. This is where the trouble began. I still didn't have my bed a week past the original delivery date so I tried to contact Bosch Bedding repeatedly with over 15 calls on different times which largely remained unanswered. Another week later I got an email stating that I would receive the bed later that week but I also noticed that they forgot to add installation to the bill. Great... A few days later I again received an email from the delivery service of Bosch Bedding. This time it was to tell me that not all parts where in stock and that the delivery could take one to two weeks longer. At this point I’ve slept on an air mattress for almost four weeks and will probably still sleep on it for two more weeks. Bosch Bedding so far has denied any compensation for their extremely bad communication and false advertising regarding the delivery times. I would strongly advise future customers to buy their beds elsewhere.
Stay far away from this company! Don't believe their cheap price on the website and their fancy items for free! Don't engage with them in any way, as this is really the worst company I have dealt with in my whole life. I am honestly still not sure if it is an outright scam, or that the employees are actually completly incompetent to deliver on the most simple agreements. I had placed an order for a bed end of December 2020, but cancelled the order, as I had found a 2nd hand bed instead. After numerous calls and e-mails, they finally confirmed that my ordered was cancelled and they will pay back my money. Now it has been already 4 weeks and still did not get my money back, even after 2 written confirmations that they will pay within the next few days. I have now hired an incasso agency in the hope to get my money back some day. I can proof that in total I have send them 21 e-mails, numerous whatapp messages and phone calls. Really this company is a joke! Don't believe their excellent reviews on Truspilot, as these are fake short reviews to pump up the rating and hide their bad performance. Read the reviews with long stories and you konw the truth.
Very bad service I ordered my matrass on February and I still don't receive any matrass and money back . This is scam company .
Didn't deliver even after waiting for a month, and still hasn't refunded my money. Had to escalate to PayPal, to get my money back.
Worst possible service ever! DO NOT USE!
