I made the purchase on Kantoor Compleet (webshop) and chose payment by Billink. I gave up the order and requested the cancellation numerous times. More than 1 month has passed and I never got a response from the webshop, nor did I receive the product, and Billink refuses to cancel the invoice even in the face of all the evidence that the webshop is acting in bad faith. And it still threatens me to charge extras if I don't pay. And now I'm forced to pay for something I never had. Never do any business that involves these two companies. I am reporting both to the police.

Bad experience. Webshop was late sending stuff. Billink sent the invoice before I even received the goods. That's not afterpay. I contacted the webshop after Billink advised me to do that.Twice they tried to cancel the invoice. Billink still sends me mails and fines so in the end they try to make me pay up to 25 euro's more than I should. Somehow there's a problem with the communication between the webshop and Billink, and they try to stick their problem on me. This has cost me a lot of time and phone charges. So next time I see \Billink\ I avoid the shop.

Slechte communicatie, oftewel geen eigenlijk. Betalingsherinnering mailen en al direct dreigen met extra kosten terwijl ik nog 15 dagen heb om mijn factuur te voldoen vind ik niet kunnen en is zéker niet klantvriendelijk. Via de klantenservice kwam ik ook niet verder, de chat zou overgenomen worden door een collega. Na 6,5 minuut wachten heb ik deze afsloten, dit duurt véél te lang, zeker omdat ik midden in een chatgesprek afgekapt werd.

Telefoon wordt niet binnen 15 minuten opgenomen. Wanneer je eindelijk iemand gesproken hebt, zeggen ze dat ze terug bellen, dat wordt niet gedaan. E-mails worden niet beantwoord.
