The true indication of a good company is how they react to an issue which isn't always of their own making. Hendrik really rose to the challenge and I now have a beautiful set of AC Schnitzer alloy wheels for my M2. UK buyers, if you are nervous about dealing with this company because they are located outside the UK, don't be!! I'll have no hesitation in using Baan Velgen again in the future.
