I went there with low expactations based on the reviews. The attendant in the store gave me space to browse the store on my own which I appreaciated. Then she was extremely helpful in helping me with a case and screen protector for my iPhone.

Stay away from Amac! Their sale conditions, service quality and competence is below any basic standard, and is just outrageous compared to what you get from Apple. Asked to replace a battery in my phone - had to come three times, wait for a week, and then they cracked my screen and asked me to pay for it.
The attention was ok but the service they provide is really bad. My IPhone had a fabric display issue and they say they could fix it but they hado to take my phone for 5 weeks so they could examinate. I had to go to an Apple Store and so to fix it right away. Awfull service.

Avoid. Not premium. Little Knowledge. Go to real Apple store.
I don't even want to give them one star. They are not friendly to talk to and have no patient at all. I brought my water damaged iphone to them and ask for help, they do nothing. I have a friend who had the same situation and got a discount from apple for a new phone. The icenter people said it is not possible and thought I am lying. I truly doubt how true their words are. No trust to this icenter. Worst experience ever!
