I ordered & paid a few rolls one month ago. I haven't received my order yet, while they claim to have everything on stock. I sent 4 emails to two different adresses, but no respons. I feel ripped off. edited: I was (impolitely) asked to remove my review because they didn't have my house number. While I had emailed them 4 times about my order, without answer. If they would have answered those emails this problem could have been solved right away. Today I received my order. 1 of three rolls is missing, and one roll is similar to what I ordered, but from a different brand. I am chocked.

Avoid!!! I bought wallpaper from them on Jan 6 and didn't like it, so sent back immediately. Now it is March 24th and they haven't returned the money. They don't answer emails nor calls. The website I bought from was called onelinepapier.nl and was ran by Alperbehang ( I have their details on my PayPal invoice), now it has been closed, but Alperbehang seems to have a few other websites, which is strange and doesn't look like a serious company. Beware that in case you want to make a return, which is guaranteed by the EU law, you may not get your money back. I have already contacted my lawyer ( fortunately have the legal insurance) to sort it out. Very dishonest people there! You can buy cheaper somewhere else and be sure of money refund in case of a return. Edited: The owner's response is ... unbeliveable. They don't have my data, interesting ... Never have been treated like that. It seems that cheating people is how they operate and if there is any problem with their service they become agressive. Just read another review at some other portal. The person returned the wallpaper and they didn't want to accept it, because they said they don't accept returns, which is against the EU law. They got the wallpaper back ( I have a confirmation from DHL), do not answer emails about the money refund. They have just stolen my money. Fraudsters.
Hi Guys, We had a big project coming for our home in the Netherlands. We live in Australia but we have a shipping agency in Rotterdam so our designers gave some examples and first when i called ABC behang they were very helpfull and kind close to mind people it make me just feel like home:) . When we came to the store they showed us more then 10 different catologues because my whife is a difficult chooser . But happily they where very patient. It is a nice family company i want to thank his son that helped us and surely the owner he loves his job and is a interesting man to talk with. The wallpaper is all done now for 2 months and ow it is o so good on the wall good quality for a reasonable price. I'm sure to come back to buy more for our house in Australia. They have such a good good good Service that Mr. Alper was even prepared to ship the wallpapers to Australia (on our costs offcourse) now talk about customer friendly and service. I recommended to al my friends and family Keep going guys!
I was there today which is Sunday. On the page is says they open but it was closed. I call them but no answer. Really disappointed

Goede ervaring met deze winkel gehad. Behang wat uit de productie is genomen, en alleen nog in Polen te krijgen was, hebben zei over laten komen naar Nederland. 1 rol bleek een ander kleur nummer te hebben. Na telefonisch contact is deze direct na gestuurd (en de verkeerde rol mochten we houden).
