Quite not nice service. Even though I own glasses from this store, today I asked them to adjust one of the loose legs from another pair I own from other brand and they didn't help me, saying that \the company doesn't allow them to do it\. Really bad policies towards their clients.

Amazing service. They went above and beyond when I wanted to exchange my glasses and were super helpful. They take the time for each customer and help you as much as they can! Plus they offer amazing frames so highly recommend!
Good store as long as no surprises come up. In my case they ordered the wrong prescription and that was the beginning for a lot of waiting, cancelling of appointments etc. In the end I cancelled my order.
I waited almost 2 months for my glasses to be delivered. When I asked for an update I was informed the order hadn't even BEGAN yet as they needed a PD from me... Well, I missed that memo, to be contacted would have been nice! Nah, they just take your money and then do nothing for months on end, apparently. No matter. PD supplied. I was assured they would be with me 4-10 business days. 25 days later. No glasses. They had no idea why they hadn't been despatched yet. After 3 months since my initial order I cancelled, fed up, and then got a generic 'returns' marketing email. If only! If only I'd received the frames to return them. That would've been nice. Awful communication. Responsive customer service, but totally disorganised. Would not recommend at all.
First of all it's a great shop for your frame and glasses. 1. They have amazing collection with reasonable price. 2. Super friendly staffs. 3. Free eye checkup is a bonus for a person. 4. Free ice cream :-) 5. You won't miss your appointment because of their friendly reminder system. 6. If you are not sure which frame is fit for you then you can ask their help. 7. Beside Dutch, they speak English very well. Overall I would say they know exactly how to deal with clients and how to satisfy them with a quality service. Highly recommend this shop.
