Company who understands what 'customer experience' means
like
Professional sales from Dirk, followed by their professional installation team at my residence here in here in Brussels installing an air-conditioning system led to a real pleasurable experience. Their installation team of Dan and Dirk arrived promptly as planned and immediately went to work and didn't stop until they were FINISHED. This time did a very professional job, taking their time both during the installation and then explaining everything to us (both in English and Flemish). This first experience with BUMACO made for a very pleasurable experience and we would recommend this company for any future work in this area. The level of professionalism of this company is very low and additionally they do not care about the environmental impact they are causing. They epair\ your fridge even if it is already not repairable, causing serious environmental pollution as the cooling gas evaporates within couple of days. It seems to me that making a fast profit overrides all of their ethical considerations. Avoid them if you can.
Mijn echtgenote en ik zijn uiterst tevreden over de firma Bumaco . De vertegenwoordiger heeft ons zeer goed geadviseerd zowel qua plaatsingsmogelijkheden als benodigde apparatuur ( geen overbodige of te zware toestellen) TOP. Het plaatsingsteam was zeer efficiënt, hulpvaardig . Alle info werd zeer duidelijk en vriendelijk gegeven . Ze deden zelfs voorstellen tot verbetering voor de afvoer van condenswater etc . De ruimtes waar gewerkt was werden zeer netjes achtergelaten . Firma Bumaco is dan ook een echte aanrader.

We hebben een 2-tal maanden geleden airconditioner laten plaatsen door Bumaco en zonnepanelen door zusterbedrijf Solairco. We kunnen hen alleen maar aanbevelen (en dat hebben we dan ook al gedaan bij een hoop mensen). Echte vakmensen met ervaring. Afspraken worden nagekomen. Gewoon alles helemaal in orde. Er was weliswaar een wachttijd van meerdere maanden, maar dat wisten we van bij de start, dus geen probleem.
TOP afhandeling bij het huren van een koelaahangwagen. Zeer goede communicatie!
