This one is so far the best steakhouse in Rouen. The interior is very nice, the waitress are very humble and helpful. I tried the appetizer, starter , main course and dessert, everything was excellent.

The place was nice and cozy. Service was excellent. The Black Angus steak was juicy and well cooked. Only negative was some really loud hard core metal music over the speakers! That doesn't work in a high class steakhouse

Way too expensive for the quality. The 'side dish' of 'legumes' existed some (cold) pieces of courgette and a slice of carrot. The burger was burned, as was the bacon on top of it. The 'Angus beef' was full of hard bits and pieces; most of it we could not even cut. When the waiter came to take away the (almost full) plates we told him about our disappointment. He said that Angus supposed to have some fat. We told him we were aware of that and that this was not about fat. It was uncuttable and unchewable. He shrugged his shoulders and walked of. No excuse, no glass of wine on the house, no discount on the bill. You pay here for the nice view, certainly not for a good meal.
The food is great and so is the location and overall atmosphere. The issue is that the service was a little slow (the food came quickly after ordering but it took time for the waiter to get to us) and charging 3.50 for filtered tap water is a deal-breaker. As I said, the food is great. It is not, however, the best. I had the tartare and it was good but I have had better as less exclusive locations. I think this is a fine restaurant but the wait staff is spread too thin for the number of tables. If you are charging 3.50 for water your service better be amazing.
