The technician assigned arrived and quickly assessed the problem. He began working on the problem and was relentless on being sure it was fully resolved. He was friendly, courteous, informative and very positive. He is outstanding in providing service and gaining customers trust while performing the needed work. I would consider him a great asset to your company.
Waste of my time calling this company. They won’t provide a basic figure for how much they charge, so I waited the two hours for their tech to arrive only to have them quote an insane amount to install a water heater. Won’t waste my time with them ever again.
