usually this tims has good service, but today as i went through the drive thru (a little before 4pm) i waited a good five minutes for somebody to take my order. nobody came. and there was a line behind me. i had to say something before somebody came to take my order, and once i got my drink it was wrong. not very pleased :(

The staff are rude and unfriendly. I got burnt bagle with very little cheese on it and a coffee that tasted like burnt coffee. Not going to that tim hortons again. Rothesay rd

The staff is always so fantastic.
Not a busy spot tonight. The only thing is is that I ordered a black decafe and there was no sleeve and not double cupped. There is nothing in my cup that is going to cool my drink down......you just passed me a steaming hot cup of coffee that is going to burn my hands as soon as I touch it ;(
