As a new teacher, I have found many helpful posters online to keep my students safe and sane as they "bubble" with their classroom for the entire school year. I decided to print these posters at Staples because I had received such great service and help at the East side location recently. I went to the East side again this time, but their colour printer was not in operation. I therefore rushed out to the Rothesay location to print the posters there. When I arrived at the counter, I asked the girl, Katherine, if she could quickly help me print some things. She rudely asked what I wanted to print and I said that the files were on a memory stick. She then abruptly asked what size and her tone most definitely confirmed to me that she was not interested in helping me, as the employee of the East side Staples did. I had hoped she would quickly pull up the documents on the computer, but instead she said "we close in 3 minutes" and looked at me as if to say "so I'm not helping you". She then looked at me until I replied awkwardly "ok, so I guess I cannot get it printed here then?". After having driven all the way from the West side, to the East side and finally out to Rothesay, I was very disappointed, especially with her customer service and demeanour. Especially in these uncertain and changing times, I was felt discouraged in receiving the help I required to print the necessary posters to keep my students safe. A simple "sorry, not this evening, we open at 9am tomorrow" would have completely changed the situation. I will not be returning to Rothesay Staples.

The staff were friendly and for a smaller store they had a lot of items in stock.
Super cheerful employees. No waiting for someone enquiring if help needed. Help prvided was exact and to the point.
