We loved the service from Integrity HVAC Solutions Inc! They are very responsive and professional from beginning to end... and after. We needed additional documentation a few months after our installation and they provided it right away no questions asked. It was pleasant to communicate with them. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Received excellent service from the very start. Rudy came to my home the day after I requested an estimate for a heat pump. The installation technician, John, and Rudy were thorough and efficient. John explained how to use the unit most efficiently and I like that he emphasized that he is always a phone call away if I ever have any questions and need any service.

Excellent company! The technician arrived on time and did a fantastic job. We had an issue with mice getting into the heat pump, so he thoroughly cleaned the unit and made sure it was properly sealed to avoid any issues in the future. He cleaned up the area afterwards, and even hung a picture back up! Great customer service.
Steve and his team were very professional, considerate and on time in delivering high quality service with Integrity. I had to have my oil tank and furnace removed, installation of heat pump in its place and complete duct cleaning and set up. Everything was done in a well planned, timely and neat closure. I had already gone ahead and recommended this good quality and cost effective company to few of my friends who are in the process of home renovation and purchase. This company was fantastic to deal with start to finish. They were quick to come out and assess our home and quick to come and do the installation. Like their name says they did it with Integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
