Visited the gym today to check out the facilities. Shown round by a member of staff who was very welcoming & friendly. A great first impression so looking forward to my first session.
Great place to train. They have taken great care with cleanliness and social distancing. Felt really safe.
Never stepped foir inside the gym and they trying to sat I owe them x amount of money for an induction day that was supposedly free that I didn't even come to. I called to say I could not make it the man was very rude on the phone talking to me like a criminal. Why lie and say it's a free training day
Had my locker broken in car keys and ipod stolen because of the incompetence of the gym management leaving all fire exits open, open invite for all local thieves and a health and safety breach. Numerous emails to customer services with not a single reply, same with the gym manager who says waiting for the regional managers reply 6 weeks and 0 results. the WORST customer service hands down, half the equipment is broke, no aircon. and the management is a joke so... AVOID!!! at all costs
Love this place , enough equipment that you don’t have to wait ,clean and lovely atmosphere
