As soon as I walked in there was 0 skill in customer service, a simple smile goes far. Got the car back, told \your rear bulb is out\ which 5 hours earlier was working perfectly fine... Straight after the boot stopped opening completely, neither with key fob or the button inside so took it back to then be told 'well it didnt work when you dropped it off' another lie as it worked completely fine. Also strange they said this as they managed to get in the boot perfectly fine to wire up with tow bar.....Wouldn't recommend and also wouldn't recommend a woman going on her own as you get treat like dirt on someones shoe, as though you shouldn't be stepping foot near an all mens working garage :-)

Very helpful on the phone prior to ordering. Competitive price on my Witter detachable towbar. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready for lunchtime. Very happy so far. Although I haven't towed anything yet lol.
