I saw Adam at the Wickersley branch. I was able to get an appointment just the day after making my initial enquiry, that I thought was great and responsive service. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional and my experience was great. I also appreciated the extra measures they have taken in the branch to make it covid secure. Would highly recommend to others.

Absolutely appalling level of customer service. “Will have a draft for you by monday morning.” Translates to ‘You’ll have to ring the office several times and leave messages for another two weeks with zero response from emails other than two different auto responses saying the solicitor will be back in the office in a weeks time. The slow/no response could potentially cost me a amicable and fast divorce and is now likely to mean my financial ruin. Utterly appalled. My girlfriend is also awaiting the paperwork she has paid for from another solicitor within the company in AUGUST!!!
