To start with I thought Rob seemed genuine over the phone and to help me with a glass fridge install in our warehouse. After the initial phone call he came on site within two hours, clearly keen to get our business. He sent me an invoice for 3000 and we paid a 1000 deposit in January. Since then he has never delivered the fridges or come back to the site. I am now taking legal action to claim the 1000 deposit back. Do not do business with Rob or 'Sheffield Cooling' he will rob you. Criminal.

Came out and diagnosed a fault that had cost us lots of money in stock losses. Repaured within 2 hours. Not skipped a beat since. Lovely fella who knows his stuff. I wont be using anyone else from here on in. Very happy.
