Great place to view a broad spectrum of used caravans.
At the request of the owner I was asked to explain my 2 star rating. I visited this location 2 years ago looking for a replacement electrical hook up for my caravan. The search I did on Google suggested this company although the website was unclear as to whether they stocked parts they did describe themselves as caravan and tow bar specialists so I thought it worth a try. My Issues: 1. No parking. The gates were closed and partially blocked so I had to park at the garage 2 shops away. 2. They didn't have the part I needed, in fact they didn't seem to do parts much at all (not their fault) but seemed unwilling to help any further. They were not impolite (from what I recall) just not very helpful and I really dislike having to park elsewhere. Considering they sell caravans not having gates open so I could have brought in a car is a major put off. In fairness I would grade them 2.5-3 stars. Maybe a clearer description on the website saying they don't stock many parts for caravans and have the gates open and not have bins at the entrance.
We bought a caravan from Rotherham Caravans over a year ago and I can’t praise them enough. So kind and helpful and always there to advise us should we need their help.
