It would be nice if you could get an appointment! They tell you to phone up after a certain time in order to get an appointment but yet when you finally get through after a hour and half they tell you no more appointments and to phone back in the morning, but yet when you do phone the story is always the same. You either can't get through or it cuts you off before you even get it to ring. You should be able to book appointments in advance or at least have more staff for the phone! Especially when it is a worrying and possible life threatening thing that you need to see a doctor about!

The pharmacy helped me sort out my 91 yr old dads prescription efficiently and with clear instructions... very dementia friendly. Parking is a hassle but ...its a busy road
