9 times out of 10 they’re absolute brilliant. Only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is they’re occasionally let down by staff that really shouldn’t be in the industry as it’s clear they’re not interested in being there.

Pretty poor would be too kind a description for the quality of the food delivered tonight. It was cold, the gravy was so cold it had solidified in to a thick paste and to top it all they sent a bottle of 7up when I ordered Pepsi. Apparently they had run out of Pepsi! Wouldn’t have been too bad but nobody likes 7up, so why assume it is acceptable to send this as a replacement?
KFC seriously need to up their game. Pictured is a large fries and salt that I provided MYSELF. No napkins, no wipes, not even a bucket for my Mighty Bucket for One. The food is fine but their service is terrible. Often getting orders wrong and almost never give you napkins or salt and tlwhen they do, they give you 20 napkins and 10 salt. Seriously, are you trying to kill me?!? Most of the time the chicken is good but often it's soaked in oil and soggy. Not good KFC, not good.
Soon after reopening. Went here for a last minute lunch. Signs for entering weren't obvious. Then food delivery OK, but completely missed on providing condiments and wipes! Its finger food, need something to clean fingers after eating it... Could do better!
