We decided to make an early transition from ISO9001:2008 to 2015 expecting the process to be long winded and complex. We engaged Pete Thornton-Smith at the ISO9001 Support Centre to project manage us through the process. Not only were we 2015 compliant but Pete added great value to the business improving our processes and reporting. This was done quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
