Really wide selection, nice staff. Lovely views out back. Good prices. A little bit of refurbishment would help the look of the place for some people, but I had no complaints.

Please stay away from this company. Never believed bad reviews until faced problems myself. Ordered garden furniture for over a grand and a cover for it. Kept chasing it for ages. Received furniture without cover after. Promised to deliver in 3 weeks time. It took 3 months and in the end refunded money as couldn't provide stock and I was sick and tired of keep ringing and emailing every week.... Company full of lies and empty promises

One star only because no stars is not an option. Shocking (or, more accurately, no) customer service. Still awaiting delivery of garden furniture. Happy to take your order and money, then nothing. They don’t respond to emails, and they don’t answer the phone. Avoid at all costs. Passing to my credit card company to deal with.

Ordered Rattan Garden Furniture and was given an approx 4-6 weeks delivery date.Delivery was made yesterday, as they had promised earlier in the day. It was after 7pm,on the 5th week, so they are trying to keep people satisfied.Would add that the phones seem constantly engaged, but they responded straight away to both my emails.

Dreadful customer service, very don't care attitude. Had to chase order several times and was told different stories by at least three different staff members. Latest is unlikely to get goods before September; summer over. Absolutely lost trust in them and decided to cancel my order. Buyers beware.
