Great staff. Purchased a lawnmower, unfortunately it had a manufacturer error (self propel lever too loose). I called them and was able to swap for a working mower same day, no hassle.
Took us some time to find it because we thought it was in the retail park - and it isn't. It's big enough to see in reality opposite McDonald's! Large choice of products and we found what we were looking for and are happy with our purchase.
Wanted to pick up 2 rolls of wallpaper, 40 mile round trip. Called store to check if they had in stock with same batch numbers of course. Was simply told 'too busy to check stock'. Really not good enough Homebase, what happened to customer service? Won't be bothering you again. Nov. 2019
Found what I wanted easily. It's closing in January. Lots of bargains bought battery operated lights and spray glue which would have been about 24. Came to just over 18 at the till.
Called to get paint today. I have to say the 2 young ladies Charlotte, & Tanya working on the paint department. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me get the correct product. With the best deal for me. Thank you to you both.
Went looking for new light fittings but unfortunately none that we liked. Store was clean and well laid out with plenty of stock.
Great to see homebase in Rotherham got everything I needed today. Refuse to shop at B an Q as you have to go to Sheffield! Lovely friendly staff very helpful.
