I submitted a complaint to my gp via health watch. All they did is forward my letters. They failed to advise on best course of action, they did not offer to write on my behalf, they failed to reply to my emails and they failed to chase a reply from my gp. All they did was act as royal mail and forward the correspondence. Waste of money having this service in place. I had to email their head office to chase a response to my emails.

Went to heathwatch begging for help regards NHS specialist I was seeing for my unknown breathing and respiratory problem needed some help I was coughing and choking and passing out and specialsts was saying its anxiety and all in my head !steve at thishealth watch Rotherham arranged a appointment for me to come in and him help me write a letter of complaint and when i went to the shop he wasnt even there had gone out also he told me he had wrote a letter and posted it which he said afew week later he hadn't had time!I lf anyone is thinking of going to health watch for medical help .don't bother because all you get is lies and be messed around and get nowhere
Not going into detail but think it presents an out of date and out of touch organisation
