I have both phoned and submitted the online application on 3 separate occasions, having seen 5 dogs in total that would be perfect for me. After calling I get the generic \someone will call you back\, and then I hear nothing. Upon checking the website a few days the dogs I enquired about were marked as reserved. They obviously have some internal list where they give their friends the opportunity to adopt before the public. Absolutely shocking customer service!

The charity works tirelessly to save dogs which have reached Last Hope Saloon. We got our fur baby Enid from the rescue centre, they ensure the dogs are vaccinated and help with the cost of spaying. The charity is run because the people there really care about these poor ani.als which cannot help themselves.
Goodlife is a brilliant charity helping those dogs in need. To the bad reviews, please know that this is a small charity with no staff its not a case of first come 1st served. There can be hundreds of applications for the dogs and getting through them and trying to match each dog to the right home is hard work, especially whilst working fulltime. This can obviously take time. Please be understanding x
Vicky is wonderful and works tirelessly in trying to rehome every dog she can. We are very fortunate in adopting a gorgeous black lab who is settling in nicely.
They rescued and cared for the dog that had become my best mate. Without Good life he would quite simply have been put to sleep and never given the chance of a good life of his own.
