This place certainly flames to please. The competition needs to avert their blaze as this company is on fire and certainly too hot to handle.
It's a very good place for work. Nice people and precision when staff make magazines or folders.
Sometimes a little bit of a wait to get tipped/loaded but once they start your done pretty quick.
Garnett Dickenson Print ( part of Garnett Dickenson Holdings) went into administration NY 2017. Just prior they took pre-payment from my company 'for paper' of 5884.06. Despite several written assurances by staff members that our catalogue print job and pre-payment would still be honoured by the new owners (Aspen Link T/a GD Web Offset) we realised this was not the case when the catalogue failed to reach the mailing house. Aspenlink T/a GD Web Offset showed an appalling disregard to honour previously held contractual obligations which put our scheduled delivery of a subscription publication at risk; the situation only remedied by alternative web offset printer being able to print at short notice but at considerably higher cost. To this day no apology or reimbursement received. Their conduct in this matter will be remembered for a very long time to come!
