Friendly and approachable staff who will have a chat with you in a non pushy non corporate way. Nice store layout that is always clean and smelling fresh unlike some other game stores I have visited.

I'm very sad to see game is shutting in rotherham had a problem with our Xbox 1 and a disc and it was sorted out by the very friendly staff. Going to miss the personal and helpfullness of the staff.
