Visited here on the grand opening day, Got an excellent deal and the staff were really helpful. Had it fitted by one of the guys recommended and the turn around was really fast. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Apparently nothing to do with floors 2 go . Remember the company that disappeared along with everyone's money. Same store same staff same fitter. Word of advice pay with visa so you get your money back when this lot does a runner. Or go to carpet write same price better company.
I had laminate fitted yesterday the fitter was really friendly and did it all in a day and it looks amazing and it was a brilliant price thank you

Bought flooring from here was told 28days return for any unused full packs . I tried to return 2 packs .on return i was then told we dont accept returns then to be shown a laminated contract kept behind the counter saying with in 14days return . Which was within 14 days but then they phoned i believe the manger simon saying they will accept 1 pack back at a reduced price . I have now contacted trading standards who are now dealing with this . My advice is not to buy from here or get everything they say in writing before purchase . Arrogant unfriendly service .
