Avoid! More than happy to take your money but when it comes to delivering what they promise they're miles away! Ordered and was promised delivery to another store so we could pick it up in a van, hired a van and then they couldn't find the item, turns out it was still at Rotherham branch... they then tried charge us full delivery when it was their error. Had to hire another van in the end after multiple calls from them telling me I needed to pay them delivery, pick it up or they'd cancel it. Basically no apology and no sympathy. I'd seriously have a think if you're considering buying from this branch!!!

Just purchased a sofa and two chairs from DFS Parkgate branch. Vast range to choose from, we were not hassled by the sales team, but they were readily available when needed. The salesman that attended to us was Colin, he was brilliant.
My first and final time buying a sofa from DFS. It’s a shame I had to rate the store so low but I can’t give the group an overall rating. I decided to pay for my sofa in full and because of a system error the payment was taken twice! The customer service advisers I spoke to was rude and failed to help and only said that I will get a refund for the overpayment in 14 days. Now I’m going to be left with a bill of nearly 200 for missed payments, over draft fees and a damaged credit score. It’s all well and good them taking money but when they’ve made the mistake it’s a pain getting it back!
Approached in an unprofessional manner with no greeting and asked to sanitise my hands, I had my dog in one and phone in the other, I stated I was allergic to sanitiser and didn't plan to touch anything and was asked to wear gloves. Life is too short for bad manners.
Excellent and spacious store, no pushy salespeople but on hand when you need advice. A big thank you to Jan for his help in the purchase of our sofas, would definitely recommend to other people.

Staff don't acknowledge you went in twice now. First time called a staff over for help was ignored. Second time asked for a tape measure was told he'd go find one I can understand they can be busy at times ignored again interacting with customers of the same race. Same guy twice don't know if it's a race thing but certainly felt like it.
A quite vast area of shop space that sells sofas, chairs and beds on the great Eastern way shopping complex. Nice and spacious set up that gives you plenty of room to walk around without being hassled like some shops as soon as you get inside. Very friendly staff that are very knowledgeable on all that's on show in the shop. They are there to help if you require assistance. Some lovely suites in the sales at the moment and some great deals to be had. Plenty of car parking and some disabled spots near the front. Have a leisurely wander round and see for yourself, well worth a look.
