You get involved with this company at your peril. Poor Workmanship that when reported, the response is one of no genuine interest. We are still awaiting for the bodged work to be made good, fifteen weeks since being fitted. Then there is no urgency on their behalf as they have your money, through insisting you pay the full amount up front.

we used this company to supply and fit our bathroom and i can not stress enough how much of a disappointment it was. i highly recommend that people avoid this company. the quality of the products used was extremely poor, the staff turned up late and damaged by hallway while fitting the bathroom. the finish was appealing. We got the bathroom on finance which luckily meant we were covered , the finance team got involved and after 8 months of having inspections and them having to chase the company we finally got our money back. to begin with Claire was very nice, but as soon as i started to notice the quality and started to express my concerns she started ignoring my messages. please be weary when approaching this company x

They do not want to know you after they have your money stay away from them. They wow you with the fancy sales room. Tried to fob us off with some cheap appliances event though we paid for the more expensive ones. Overall really bad customer care after they have your cash. Please do not use. Poor workmanship, poor after care. Do not pay up until you are 100%satisfied because once you do thats it, you are dead to them

Very good quality on the units and the customer service is fantastic. Beats my last two kitchens I've had by a country mile and somehow managed to finish my Kitchen in the current circumstances.
