I should have had a parcel delivered this morning, when it didn't turn up, i thought here we go. As it turns out the driver did try to deliver it, but seller put the wrong number address. (%%) I contacted APS in Rotherham and spoke to Stacey x 2 and Jade. They were great, helping me out and confirming what i needed to do and once that was complete confirming it would be delivered straight away. The driver didn't have to come back the same day, but did. Thank you for that. Overall APS did a fantastic job and the service was excellent THANK YOU COURIER LOGISTICS

This company should not be trading!! 10 days I have been waiting for a \Next Day Delivery\. The first time they delivered, Fair enough I was not in and they left a card... Re-booked delivery, took the day off work stayed in all day... Nothing. When I phoned the company they said the driver had been and took a picture of My \RED Door\, Next time try knocking or ringing the doorbell. Phoned numerous times and tried to go and collect but due to the pandemic that is not an option. Told them to return it to sender and I will get money back from Amazon. Not worth the hassle this company is a disgrace.

A disgraceful delivery service, no one answers the phone at customer services and delivery is not on time. They just take the piss of customers. THIS SHOULD BE A NEXT DAY SERVICE BUT IT ISN’T. So disappointed!!!!

Absolutely shocking service never deliver when they supposed to, customer service not interested in helping find parcel, suppsed to be next day delivery now 4 days late.
