Ordered skirting board which was two weeks later than told, when it did eventually arrive the corner bits weren’t with it delivery man just shrugged his shoulders. After NUMEROUS emails I had to give up on it. Please stay away

I cannot recommend this company enough. The quality of all products I ordered was excellent. Rapid response to communications. If you get to deal with Paul, trust me, he goes out of his way to help. They essentially are collection only but I live in lincolnshire but he arranged for a delivery, obviously I paid for that.
Called in today to look at wall panels, young guy serving totally unhelpful couldn't give me prices I asked for a price then young girl came in so he started talking to her ignoring the fact we asked for price. We ended up walking out. We are property developers so have a huge workload on. Tuff if you cant be bothered I'll spend my 10s of thousands elsewhere.
Visited the showroom to view and buy decorative wall panels. I received great service and was able to collect my panels the same day from their new store only a five minute drive away. I will be back when I get around to refurbishing my downstairs toilet. Would highly recommend.
Excellent customer service by Paul, he gave great advice and sorted us out with the products we needed will definitely use again.
