I contacted Appliance Brothers earlier today to take a look at my elderly mum’s ovens that had stopped working. Steve made it a priority to respond asap and arrived within a couple of hours. The problem was simple to rectify and the ovens were quickly back to working order, all at no cost! I’m so impressed with the prompt response and willingness to help without charge. Super efficient, very friendly and fixed my washer within 30 minutes. I'm always a bit nervous with trades people because you have to trust they aren't going to try and tell you the problem is bigger than it is, and Steve could easily have done that, but he didn't. It was a simple case of putting the belt back on and fixing the seal and he charged a really reasonable price for doing this. Will definitely use again if I have any other issues :)

Very nice gentleman but was clear that fitting us a new dishwasher would be difficult and that he wouldn't want to do it. Asked for a quote anyway and one was provided but we have requested twice for it to go ahead and we have been ignored both times. Dont mind if you don't want to do the work but please be transparent on that. No need for ignorance.
My washing machine catch on the door broke Saturday I messaged Saturday night and was responded too that very day, by Tuesday morning my washing machine was fixed within 10 minutes for 35 absolute bargain! Highly recommend this company and I’ll definitely be using again for my other appliances. Thankyou very much!
