Accurate Laser Cutting S J S Ltd

We will never use their services again. Our laser cut steel didn't come back 'ACCURATE' at all - took over a week to sort - they still did not correct them all - they cost us time and our company money.

Rang this company a lot with an enquiry, kept going to voice mail, no one rang back. Someone eventually answered and ask me to send an enquiry via e-mail. No response to this and no response to follow ups, messages left again on the voice mail, no return calls. In desperation rang their MD on his mobile (his business card was on the mail shot they sent out to promote their company). No response. Lord knows what they would be like to deal with if they ever got an order.

Sorry to hear of some poor experiences at Accurate, but I guess often people only review when they've something bad to share. I often use Accurate, and have found them to be reasonable cost, very responsive, and at quality levels within specification.

We had an odd sized circlip we needed replicating, Martin at Accurate Laser was quick at responding and honest with lead times (which is refreshing). We could not sketch the part up ourselves on CAD, Martin was understanding and offered to have the part drawn up by his team which helped us out a lot, wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.
