Order drinks, and have a good time. Decent prices. Super friendly bartenders. Skip the food, however; will take all night to receive it. Came hungry and it's been over an hour and still haven't received a chicken wrap I ordered. It is off season and far from busy. Also, my friend who arrived and ordered after I did received his food first. Update: food came and it was better than expected. So there's that. Still would never order food again, however.

The beer on draft was so-so. The menu was small and the food was ok. Out of all the main items, the BanhMi sandwich is good. It doesn't have the tradition BanhMi flavoring, but it's good. The girls behind the bar were nice, but it took forever for the food to come out. SUPER long wait. Real small place downstairs at the bar. Real small.....and also, for whatever reason, the air conditioning was off or they don't have A/C. Also it's dark. Expected for a hole in the wall bar that Sailors go to. But why so dark? What are they trying to hide? All the dirtiness and lack of cleanliness there?
Excellent place for am intimate drink with a friend or a group of friends. Patrick is an upstanding mate. Would highly recommend this establishment.
