Full disclosure... we don’t really belong at a Maserati dealer. But, we drove 10 hours each way to buy a Volvo on their lot. Probably the cheapest car on their lot. Chris was the most professional sales person we’ve ever dealt with. He made the entire experience exceptionally pleasant and we can’t thank him enough for that. The negotiations and going over the details over the phone and email were seamless, as was the out of state registration that they took care of. Truly made us feel like we were valued customers. This is easily the best vehicle purchase of my life, and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive another 10 hours to buy sight unseen from Chris and their team again. Thank you... sincerely... thank you.

Service was positively beyond expectations. They treated me like a crown prince. :) I was just getting quick warranty work done on my Maserati (which I purchased elsewhere prior) and they treated me like I was there to purchase a brand new one from them. I felt right at home, and they show you to a great lounge to wait. I was there only about an hour. Quick, easy, stress-free, and especially respectful. Pam is amazing and friendly! She made sure my re-check on the window was top priority.
