If you're looking around for a computer repair shop, stop looking. You've found the best one. Technicians know what they're doing, Customer service is truly excellent. I had a fantastic experience when my computer's graphics card needed to be replaced. They were so courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Technician named Jeffrey helped me and he was wonderful.
I walked into Gtex Computers having no idea what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at the great service. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. They kept in good communication with me throughout the time it took for complete my repair. I love the easy-to-use \Team Viewer\ support that they offer to follow up on small issues that arise. The repair to my laptop was quick, affordable, and thorough. I will definitely use Gtex again.
Offered me a solution for much lower the cost elsewhere and also informed me quickly when the part arrived and when my computer was done-- even got a 90 day warranty. Such great customer service! Because of my work schedule, they even offered to stay after hours in order for me to pick up my laptop. They know what they're doing. Highly recommend.
We have used Gtex Computers at our office multiple times, the latest time being today. They are incredibly competent, friendly and fair. After multiple service calls by them at our office -- usually to handle complex issues such as networked computer and printer problems -- we have always felt that they treated us more than fairly, and always charged a fair price. On top of that, they have always responded quickly, and have even helped us out in the evening hours when we had an emergency. I have also taken my home computer to Gtex Computers to resolve virus and software issues, and the service was fast, friendly and highly competent. They kept me aware at all times of the status of the repair, and the price was fair. These folks are great, and I trust them implicitly!
