A great computing technology museum. Highlights super computing, computing used in the space race, and personal computing. Worth the trip. We are very lucky to have this museum in the Atlanta area.

Amazing museum for all ages! Rumor has it it’s the most comprehensive computer collection in the world. Also, a great space for corporate events, fundraisers, socials, etc. You will not regret putting this on you “Must visit” list.

The Computer Museum was a Gem of a Find and should be on school tour group lists once the pandemic is over. 40 supercomputers, a retro video game collection you can play on, an enigma exhibit, space exhibit, history of Apple computing - it is a wealth of information and fun. Can’t wait til I will be in town for the next punch card demonstration. Consider adding an assistive technology aspect to your museum as an expansion for your collection. Unique display of computers from the beginning of their existence. There are some hands-on displays. Plan to take an hour to an hour and a half to view everything. Paid entry.

The computer Museum of America in Atlanta is the largest privately owned collection of Cray Super computers and memorabilia highlighting the evolution of computers and computer technology anywhere. It is amazing to see this computing history up close and personal. From Punch Cards to super computers you will see it all. I highly recommend checking it out, bring your team, your kids and your grandparents who have seen these when they were top of the line innovation. There is plenty of event space and classroom space to accommodate an event or off-site and there are plans underway to expand further.
