Hot tub heater and circuit board went. Couldn't find the original one, but Roger helped me find a compatible board and heater which was actually better for the same price. Needed them fairly quickly (heater died in February) so paid a little extra for rush shipping. I had a shipping confirmation in less than an hour and it made it from BC to Ontario in less than a day. Everything worked perfectly.

WOW... over the top customer service, I'm going to be using my experience as an example with my university students in one of their upcoming classes! Roger emailed soon after my order (which was shipped incredibly fast)... my (first) order arrived on time and exactly as described (genuine XP2 pump, new in box)... and now my latest order (topside controller) was ordered this afternoon and a few hours later it's already been shipped and picked up by Purolator. Not sure how the one reviewer here had such a bad experience, my only thought is there's a lot of similarly named (but not even comparable) companies online. On top of that, his prices are very competitive, and I'm all for supporting Canadian companies and business owners when possible, compared to a big online seller named after a river in South America... ;) If I could give Roger and Pool Store Canada 10 stars, he'd get them!
