Ordered Wood 2 days ago and requested some to be cut....Called me yesterday, can be with you mid morning..arrived about 11am..exactly as i requested. Excellent service and wood was just as i Ordered. Well done Walton Timber team. A.Burns

I can only speak highly of this company. I visited their premises & enquired about trellis, Aaron took me outside (maintaining social distancing) & showed me their various designs, on returning back to the counter (screens in place) he checked the stock levels & I placed my order to be delivered, I paid using card & made use of the hand sanitiser available. Walford rang a week later saying they'd deliver on the Thursday. On Wednesday I realised that I required some post caps, I telephoned Walford & the gentleman who answered was very efficient taking my order & payment adding to my delivery the next day. All a pleasant experience. Thursday morning Walford arrived with my 'complete' order, the driver unloaded the trellis panels placing on my driveway, the driver was a friendly chap. To sum up all staff I dealt with were very polite & professional. Make Walford your first point of call for all items of timber. A very satisfied customer. AH Bodenham Herefordshire
