The practice as a whole has been amazing post and pre covid. Staff are friendly and extremely organized. Highly recommended this practice to others. Valuable practice at Ross-on-Wye. They should be very proud of themselves.

Absolute joke of a practice! The website says “please book an appointment” but on the phone they say “we no longer take any NHS appointments unless it’s an emergency” however for private appointments that’s another story, they are more than happy to book one for you but with a new “charge” called the PPE charge so if you want to have you teeth professionally cleaned due to gum disease, they will charge you over 90 for 30 min appointment!!! This is so shocking I’m still shaking with rage at this injustice. Covid has become the ultimate excuse to make massive profits. Revolting.

Having had lots of bad experiences with other dentists before I was very nervous of my visit last week. I shouldn’t have worried. From the time I walked in to the time I left I couldn’t fault the service I received. The staff were friendly and professional and made me feel at ease.
