My girlfriend and I stopped at Dinki while on a trip around Tassie, and it was amazing! Welcomed by the owner and a couple of locals, we were talked through the delicious options of coffee available to us, and made to feel like locals as we enjoyed chats about the town and Tasmania in general. Really enjoyed the coffee, and wish I lived around the corner so I could go here regularly!

If you're after something different in coffee shops, then this is it. Don't be deceived by the size as the variety and knowledge of the owner is huge. Remember to try the Vietnamese coffee, the Komban but save it for last as I personally think it's the best. It's a very unique place to visit.
If you are after a good pour over coffee this is the place to go. Haven't had anything as good as this outside of Japan.

If you're in or passing Ross, definitely stop here! Not only was the coffee fantastic, but the owners passion was glowing and it's an experience. I had the pleasure of chatting beans, grind, pour over method, and more, all while he carefully hand poured an outstanding brew. His bon bon Vietnamese coffee is fantastic, but if he's not busy, ask to sample the coffee black first. I did, both were fantastic. I'm not a black coffee drinker, but I might try it from now on. Thank you for an amazing coffee and experience.

Living locally it is wonderful to have a new and different coffee experience Brett is very easygoing and knowledgeable and our understanding of the different coffees is growing! You won't do better than trying his bon bons! Always a treat!
