Mike from Ross and Jacks Landscaping exceeded expectations with the quality of work I expected form a drainage system and a retaining wall. Even when the problem was not 100% alleviated Mike made sure to troubleshoot and go above and beyond till the problem was fixed! Always kept me up to date with the status of the projects and offered me his expert opinion when choices had to be made (he's always pretty much right, just listen to him). Will only use Mike from Ross and Jacks from now on for my future outdoor projects! Thanks Mike and staff!!! Pictures do not do the work justice, have already had multiple neighbors and village inspector compliment the quality of work and material.
We worked with Michael to redesign our front yard and are very happy with the result. Michael was easy to work with and Ross & Jack's pricing was very competitive. We also signed up for their maintenance plan - we did not landscape the back at this time but, nonetheless, the maintenance team spent hours cleaning up years of overgrowth.
Mark is very knowledgeable and has a great crew of skilled employees. Couldn't be happier with the project from start to end.
Incredible to work with. Michael had a well thought out design and was not pushy. He would give you his recommendations and work with what you wanted. Great service, great design, great installation. We had landscaping done (plants and grass) and they also replaced the front walkway. Quick install and cleaned everything up afterwards. They are the only people we will use. Would recommend to everyone.
