Perfect taste Perfect place to eat in Roskidle town. Grundsmag restaurant was opened more than a year and its right at the The Old City Hall of Roskilde and its right at the heart of city square of Roskilde. A very nice restaurant a good place to eat and drink in Roskilde. It's located right in the middle of the city center. It's a couple minutes walk to the historical and famous Roskilde Domkirke. A perfect place. The place has windows offering the view toward the city square while you'll eat. There are different kinds of food on offer like sanwiches, large food menu and sweets. The place has a great selection of wines, beer, juices and warm drinks. The place is very clean, big and spacious. There are also tables and chairs outside for outdoor seating which is also a perfect spot to have your meal and drinks served depending on the weather. The owner Andreas also the Chef and staff are very friendly and welcoming to all the guests which gives the place a very nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to eat! Food is beautifully put together with so much attention to detail. They also have a selection of great drinks and wonderful cake. If you don’t get a seat outside, the restaurant interior is stunning, so you won’t be missing out.
Cozy place with a nice open atmosphere. You can get a meal served at the long table or take it with you to eat at home. There is always a nice \meal of the day\ and the prices are really affordable. The staff is kind and welcoming, and did I mention that this place serves 90% organic food. It's also a possibility to arrange a group event and learn how to make sauces or cook. It's so nice not to feel stupid in the kitchen anymore
Organic food. Good and tasty, a bit expensive. Personnel friendly and helpful. Menu ok. Everybody can find something for himself.

Super dejlig lørdags brunch m min 10 årige datter der også elskede både afkrydsnings systemet og udvalget af salt og sødt Tak til grundsmag for godt håndværk og god service. Kommer snart igen
