All the pizzas we tried was very tasty with at delicious crispy crust. I tried the Roskilde special that made me think of af gourmet pork roast sandwich with a twist.

Yes! This place manages to take a known concept and make it there own. Really gutsy pizza combos, combined with lovely beers. When we're close we'll definitely visit again!

This is our first visit to Gorm's Roskilde and it will not be our last. THE ORDER: We ordered 2x THE LITTLE ONE from the menu witch is a 3 course dinner where you can choose between 2 starters, 2 main and 2 desserts. I chose the following Starter - Burrata, Main - HOTTIE pizza and Dessert - TIRAMISÙ. My wife got the same Starter and Dessert but changed the Main to a MISS WISHBONE pizza. In addition we also ordered to SIDES - SALAD WITH KALE & POMEGRANATE and POLENTA FRIES. The waiter was had good knowlage about the menu and was quick to serve us drinks and starters. The waiter came back and asked us if the following order of serving the meal was ok, after talking to the chef. THE MEAL: The starter - Burrata (Handmade from fresh Danish, organic jersey milk, with roasted kale, balsamic glaze, smoked, almonds, and chili/lime vinaigrette). The burrata was fantastic and the combination on the plate was perfect. The Main - HOTTIE pizza (Spicy pizza with free-range beef from Grambogaard. Tomato, mozzarella, ricotta, padron peppers, chili and garlic. Topped with cucumber relish, chili tapenade and fresh basil). I loved this pizza, with a hint of HOT and the chrust was out of this world :-). The Main - MISS WISHBONE (An oldie but goldie! Tomato, mozzarella, potato, rosemary, our amazing Parma ham ripened for 18 months, pesto and rocket salad). My wife loved this pizza, it was tasteful and the chrust was perfect. SIDES - SALAD WITH KALE & POMEGRANATE (Kale, coleslaw, herb dressing and pomegranate) and POLENTA FRIES (Polenta fries, truffle mayo and freshly grated parmesan) Really good sides, fresh salad and fries you need to try yourself. DESSERT - TIRAMISÙ and a CAFFE LATTE. The best tiramisu we both ever tasted and a really good caffe latte. Thanks Gorm's Roskilde for a perfect meal, and really good service. We are comming back :-)
The pizza is always amazing at Gorms, though the stars went down on this restaurant. This because I believe it is a little bit over priced on what you get. Not so much food that I expected for the price I paid. The fried pig skin was a little bit hard to chew.
