I have bought a pan-tilt system from 2B Security and I cannot stress how happy I am. There are many manufacturers in the security and surveillance field so at first it was very difficult to choose who to work with. I contacted many companies in the Industry and from the beginning their customer support was beyond anyone out there. I needed some customization and they answered All my needs. I am writing this review during the COVID-19 epidemic and supplying goods on-time is not an obvious thing. Not just that their lead-time was short, but they also shipped it before schedule! To conclude, I recommend 2B Security Systems to anyone who wants: Great product, Great customer support, Great after-sales service and Simply to know that you are dealing with professionals.
