The new building is very modern and nice, they have revamped the intake process for service, which seems to have streamlined the process a bit. All in all, a more refined experience. It's a little tricky to find the driveway however, make sure you look at your map carefully and follow their signs(they sneak up on you quickly, so watch for them carefully).

We visited the showroom without an appointment when our air con failed on a hot day, with a long journey ahead of us. The manager and head technician were excellent and managed to resolve our problem even on what was a busy day for them. Thank you again
We had problems with our car (BMW) nearby. This is the biggest BMW garage in the area. The people at the customerdesk hardly speak English and just walked away when we asked for help. Never seen anything like it. The owner had to show up because i kept repeating we needed at least some guidance. Nice guy. Could not help us any further though. We had to come back 3(!) hours later just so they could make some phonecalls. No results off course. Would not recommended anyone this dealer or garage. Flabbergasted the people at the desk could not speak one other language then French. Not Englisch, Spanish, German and so on. I was even more flabbergasted about the fact they would not help us BMW drivers in any other way. The results of our small car problems (leak in tube gasoline pump) made us cut our vacation and we had to make a Dutch company come and drag our BMW to Holland. Friendly and warmhearted French people are hard to find. If you do find one it will not be here.

Première bmw achetée en concession St Julien, il y a plus de 25 ans. De retour dans la région Troyenne rdv est pris pour un entretien de mon véhicule ce jour avec une véritable expérience client. Grand respect du protocole sanitaire avec des sourires derrière les masques. Un sans faute de la prise de rdv à la récupération de la voiture. Personnel accueil agréable et attention particulière au chef d'atelier. Merci pour cette première expérience en véhicule électrique malgré les conditions climatiques. Votre note et commentaires clients ne sont pas usurpés.

Un grand merci à Excellence Motors et en particulier à M.VICENTE qui s'est montré particulièrement compétent, diligent et loyal à mon égard: J'habite Nancy(54) et mon véhicule BMW est tombé en panne près de TROYES (boite de transfert HS). non seulement la réparation a été effectuée rapidement, mais en outre, j'ai obtenu grâce au soutien actif de M.VICENTE , une participation financière significative du Service Clients BMW, ce qui était loin d'être évident...Merci également aux dames très aimables de l'accueil téléphonique.
