I asked for carne asada and they chopped it up in chunks.. definitely not what I'm used too.. the meat wasn't very seasoned well no lime etc. The Cadillac margaritas gave me a headache

Follows Covid19 guidelines. The staff is alway polite and gracious. The food is delicious. My favorites are flag plate and fajita pizza
Really needs to revise uber eats order pick up... shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes once I arrive at the store to pick up food to go. Uber eats orders are actual customers too. We get paid per delivery, not per hour. I can advise on other restaurants best practices.
We have been going to Rositas since we were kids. 25 years as a customer. We absolutely love their food, drinks, appetizers. We have gone there for good occasions and sad occasions and each time it has been a GREAT experience at Rositas. This is our go to restaurant even though it’s 30 minutes away from my house. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who loves Mexican food. Great customer service, they are always refilling drinks, fast to get chips and salsa, I just love this place.
