The place was cute and fun to hang out in on a lazy afternoon. I ordered the brisket with Mac n cheese for the side and my husband ordered the baby back ribs. The brisket was dry and the flavor tasted like it was infused with a little too much liquid smoke. It was barely coated with BBQ sauce and I had to add more to be able to swallow it from being too dry. Being from America and having lived in Paris for a while I really miss BBQ so in all honesty I didn't mind it being dry and it was the closet to a brisket that I've come across in Paris. The baby back ribs were so amazing though! Super authentic! They were juicy and fell off the bone and the flavor was on point. The Mac n cheese was good too but just a tad bit greasy. This place is the closest place to authentic BBQ that I've come across in Paris.

Absolutely loved it here! Friendly waitsatff, tasty food and delicious and strong cocktails which were all 6 until 10pm. The meat was delicious and the fries were very generous. They were not serving any dessert but there are several ice cream stores along the same street. My favourite part of the restaurant was the ambience, its a very beautiful place.
Always happy to come here as the food is always delicious et great value for money. Staff is nice even though there is not one time I didn’t have a mistake on my order. I advise to share the 3 meats platter, portions are generous and enough for two normal eaters. Best is their pulled pork and burnt ends. Skip the chicken which was super dry.
Great value for money and solid bbq. Arrived at midday and was empty but slowly picked up after 30 mins. Food arrived quickly and portions are excellent for the value. Picked up the 3 meats and 3 sides for 25 euros which was plenty for 2 people. All meat was tender with a decent smoke level (not super level but solid). Fries and pit beans were excellent, however Mac and cheese could be improved. Goose IPA on tap and friendly staff!
Stumbled upon Rosie's Smokehouse after meeting friends who were visiting, what a great find! The location admittedly is in quite a touristy area of Paris, what this typically means is that you have a ton of restaurants which all provide mediocre food. Rosie's however is a step above. The decor is beautiful, with a great atmosphere and loads of space. The food, which is smoked BBQ was cooked to perfection. Staff are lots of fun and every easy-going. I wouldn't hesitate recommending someone/anyone to visit, and I will definitely be back.
So being from Kansas City and raised in the south, I was SHOCKED at how good this BBQ was! I tend to steer clear of any \American-style\ food in Paris. Our table ordered many different menu items and the only one that disappointed was the smoked quinoa veggie burger (but what do you expect at a BBQ joint). The atmosphere was nice, but beware, the smokers are kept toward the front, but there is technically no \outside\ area for them to smoke. So our table (which was farther in the restaurant) could smell it throughout our meal. Otherwise, I TOTALLY recommend this place!
Brisket solid. Baked beans very good. Pulled pork needs lots of work..service pleasant. Place is attractive. Cole Slaw is odd.
Stumbled upon this place, so happy we decided to eat here! Authentic Southern Style kitchen. Delicious! Will be back
