Lovely cafe, went there often before lockdown. Nice friendly staff, lovely food at reasonable prices... I miss my Cheeses Omelette & Chips.

On our way back home to Norfolk from IKEA we popped down to Dagenham to revisit the area we lived for a few years 20 yrs ago and was driving down Broad St hunting for somewhere to grab a sandwich and coffee for the journey home and popped in here to grab them. Best decision we made, the lady was lovely and very attentive and made the best ham salad sandwich I've had in a while and a lovely cup of tea, my wife assures me her sandwich and coffee were equally as good. Think we may put this café on our agenda when we are back that way. Massive thanks to the staff.

An excellent café in Dagenham, Essex. Serving a full menu including all day breakfast. The place is absolutely pristinely clean and tidy, kitchen, dining room and toilet. One of few English Cafes you visit and don’t leave smelling of smokey bacon fat. The food was very good quality (the only criticism would be the sausage which was typical cafe type) the rest of the ingredients were superior quality to other cafes. There was no grease on the plates either, looked like a meal cooked at home. Our waitress, Alba, was lovely. She was friendly and accommodating. The price was great too at 10.60 for two people. Can’t fault this place, would definitely visit again.
