If I could give them a zero star rating I would , the quality of the water is horrible the customer service is a joke they blame everything on the next person so nothing gets solved , you pay them via card over the phone and they dont post the payment instead they turn your water off . Absolutely horrible company need to be completely overhauled top to bottom

Rude, unprofessional people and horrible water conditions. Sometimes my toilet will look like I filled it with Brazos River water. When we filled our pool it took over a week to filter out all the sediment and debris. They constantly shut water service off for epairs\ with no notice and rarely answer the phone. On my dads property, they had to dig up the meter for repairs and left a huge mess and got rude when he called back to get them to clean up their mess.
Can't never get sold of them. They have the most ridiculous hours. You go to pay a bill and they are there, and won't unlock gate or answer the phone and then when they do they are rude as hell. People have to work to pay their bills they need regular business hours. They will cut your water off if you owe a bill but can't answer the phone to take a payment. SMH with anger
1 star only because their phone is always with a busy tone. We can never get a hold of them when we need to. Not even when we are trying to pay the bill. This is ridiculous to charge an online payment fee because your phone services is inadequate to serve your customer base. Unacceptable.
I have been calling since they “open” which is 8am and still no answer it’s 1pm horrible! I guess they don’t want the money!!!
